Is Shipping Free?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the U.S. on all of our products, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is done on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside of the U.S. and are interested one of our rugs, please contact us through our email and we will work out shipping costs.

What is your return policy?

Refunds are offered up to one week after receiving a rug. Refunds are full with the exception of return shipping and a $40 restocking fee. Returned rugs are to be in the same condition as when they were shipped and condition will be assessed upon return and if necessary, subtracted from the return.

Are your rugs clean?

All of our rugs are professionally cleaned before listing so that they are ready to be used in your home as soon as possible! In the rare case that a rug is not cleaned before listing, this will be clearly stated.

Where do you get your rugs?

All of our rugs are sourced secondhand, either from estates, auctions, trades or literally rooting through old barns. This gives all our rugs not only a story and a second chance, but also helps deter the ever-present and wasteful ‘fast-furniture’ trend and adds to the goal of sustainability in furniture.

Are any of your rugs machine-made?

No. No rug we sell will ever be machine made.

Can I see a rug in-person or do you do showings?

If you are in the Mid-coast Maine area, we can arrange showings of rugs. Showings in other parts of Maine may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. To make an appointment, please email us or reach out to us through Instagram.

If I have rugs I want to sell, will you buy them?

It depends. While we are absolutely willing to look at what you have, it does not guarantee we will buy. Inquires and photos can be sent to:
